ASSOCIATE SUPPORT TABLES

Associate Note Type - Displays broad category descriptions i.e., payroll, performance, scheduling etc.  Notes can be uploaded electronically to associate fileDisplay in associate file by note type to simplify note review. 

Compliance - Tables include requirements/conditions in effect at the time of hire as well as for ongoing employment.  Items are grouped into medical and employment requirements.  Compliance items can apply to only select or all disciplines.  Compliance items can apply to employees only or to all associates including subcontractors and volunteers.

Contractor Companies - Completely customizable table to set up the subcontractors or contractor companies that your organization uses.

Deductions - Use to set up payroll type deductions for associates i.e., health insurance, 401K etc.  Use to make pay adjustments when an associate has been overpaid.

Discipline Type - 

Inactive Reason Type - Inactive Reason Type tables are used to change the associate status from active to either inactive or terminated.

License Type - Provides the descriptions i.e., Registered Nurse, Speech Therapist etc. associate with a specific discipline.

Scheduling Rank Type - You assign “scheduling ranking” to Associates, allowing you to filter the Scheduling Caseload option by this “ranking”.
