Assessment Void Reason Type - Displays listing of reasons for which a service note record can be voided . Information in this table is used to void a service note from the service notestab in the patient encounter module
Care Need Levels Displays standardized care need levels used by both home health and hospice organizations as part of the care planning process. Levels identify the severity of the care need i.e., mild, moderate, severe etc. Levels can be added when adding/updating care needs .
Care Need Task Action Response - Use to identify where you are with the completion of a task based on the care plan. Table is available both for home health and hospice organization and can be used when completing service notes if this feature is turned on.
Care Needs - Displays a standardized listing of care needs to select from in the care planning process for both home health and hospice
Care Plan Prognosis - Hospice - Provides descriptions for expected prognoses for hospice patients that appear on the Care Plan
Goal Status Types - Describe progress towards goals i.e., 0% Met, 25% Met etc. for home health and hospice
Goals - Provides standardized goal descriptions used by both home health and hospice
Hospice Item Set Void Reason Types - Provides description for reasons used to void a HIS record for Hospice.
Interventions - Provides standardized intervention descriptions used by both home health and hospice
OASIS Void Reason Type – Home Health - Identifies all of the reasons used to void an OASIS record for home health
Physician Orders Quick Pick Medications - Displays a standardized list of medications to choose from when completing the care planning process . Listing includes dosage, route and frequency information. Use this table only if you did not subscribe to the Medication database in Careficient AMS
