Announcements  - Use to create announcements unique to your organization i.e., information for  associates, notification of upcoming events etc.

Diagnosis Category - Provides a complete listing of all ICD-9 codes or diagnoses

Document Status Type - Provides a listing of all document status types i.e., complete, open, pending which are associated with documents that have been electronically uploaded

Document Type - Provides a listing of document types i.e., DNR, Health Care Power of Attorney, Pharmacy Upload, Photographs, signed consents etc.

Letters/Labels - Use this table to create and generate standardized letters/labels for mailing purposes

Orders/Service Code Mapping - Use this table to customize the service codes that you want o use when scheduling initial assessment visits and creating scheduled services from physician orders .  Standard service codes are part of the Careficient AMS baseline environment therefore the Order/Service Code Mapping table is used to override standard service codes assignments as well as add new service codes to the table.  Example – standard service codes allow SN, PT and ST to be scheduled to the initial assessment visit.  If you want to include OT, MSW and HHA as part of scheduling the initial assessment visit, these disciplines would be added to this table.

Relationship Type - Provides a listing of relationships i.e., brother, spouse, daughter etc. that an individual has with the patient

Sales Tax - You have a Sales Tax table that will let you set up sales tax information for the type of sales tax you need to collect for the state, what department (if any) and the tax rate to be used to calculate the tax based on service/rate provided.

Service Codes - Provides a complete listing of all the service codes set up in the Careficient  AMS baseline environment for services, modalities, supplies etc.

Skills - Provides listing of specialty skills i.e., wound care, pediatrics etc. used in your organization to match associate skills to patient requirements

Teams - Provides a listing of clinical team types i.e., therapy, specialty program etc. used in your organization

Time Range - Provides a listing of time range categories i.e., patient age, visit/length of stay etc. used to customize information that appears on statistical reports
