Admission Source - Displays the admission source options that are available to you to select from when you are activating a patient.

Advance Directive Type - Displays list of standardized descriptions for advance directives i.e., do not resuscitate, living will etc.

Characteristic Type - Displays list of patient specific descriptions i.e., languages spoken, living arrangements etc.

Decline Reason Type - Provides a listing of the reasons why can organization would decline to accept a patient referral

Disaster Plan Type - Provides a list of all codes and descriptions used for disaster planning purposes

Discharge Reason Type - Allows you to customize the discharge reason descriptions and map them to the industry standard discharge reason codes/descriptions. 

Employment Status Types - Provides a list of categories that define the patient’s employment status i.e., active, inactive etc.

Encounter Payer Note Type - Provides a listing of broad categories of note types available at the encounter

Medication Administration Type - Allows you to customize the timeframe when a Medication is taken (AM, PM, As Needed, etc.)

Patient Contact Type - caregiver etc. associated with a patient contact

Patient Note Type - Provides listing of broad categories of note types available at the patient level

Patient Notice Type - Provides listing of notices that are typically given to patients for signature at the time of admission.  Examples include patient bill of rights, consent form etc.

Place of Admission Type – Hospice - Provides listing of locations used by hospice organizations to identify where the patient admission will occur

Program Type - Provides a listing of specialty programs i.e., diabetic care, pediatrics etc. used in your organization

Transaction Note Type - Provides a listing of broad categories of note types available at the transaction level

Variance Resolution Type - Provides a listing of descriptions associated with variances between orders and visits performed
