CARE PLAN PROGNOSIS
To add a Care Plan Prognosis, go to Settings > Lookup Tables > A/R Support Tables > Care Plan Prognosis
NOTE: For Careficient Agency Administrators, click here to learn more about the privileges for Care Plan Prognosis.
ADD PROGNOSIS TYPE
To add a new Care Plan Prognosis, click on the "Add Prognosis Type” link
Enter the required information and click "Add".
EDIT PROGNOSIS TYPE
To edit a Care Plan Prognosis, click on the edit pencil. You can also end a Care Plan Prognosis by adding an end date.
Make your changes and click on the "Update" button.
VIEW PROGNOSIS TYPE
To view a Care Plan Prognosis, click on the magnifying glass
The Preview Screen appears
DELETE PROGNOSIS TYPE
To delete a Care Plan Prognosis, click on the trash can
You will be asked if you are sure you want to delete. Click "OK" to confirm.
