EDIT ORDERS MASTER MAPPING

To edit Orders Master Mapping, click on the edit pencil. You can also end Orders Master Mapping by adding an end date.

You can select which type of service note that you want the system to autopopulate for your Initial services, your routine services and your resumption of care.  If you check:

• "Physician Orders Required", you will be required to have a frequency order before it will allow you to schedule this type of service. 
• "Service Orders Required", you will need to have "Services Requested" scheduled in order to schedule this type of service. 
• "PRN Permitted", will allow PRN visits to be scheduled for that particular Discipline.

Make your changes and click on the "Update" button.
