
DECLINE REASON TYPE
To add a Decline Reason Type, go to Settings > Lookup Tables > Patient Support Tables > and choose "Decline Reason Type".
NOTE: For Careficient Agency Administrators, click here to learn more about the privileges for Decline Reason Type.

ADD DECLINE REASON TYPE
To add a new Decline Reason Type, click on the "Add Decline Reason Type” link

Enter the required information and click "Add".

EDIT DECLINE REASON TYPE
To edit a Decline Reason Type, click on the edit pencil. You can also end a Decline Reason Type by adding an end date.

Make your changes and click on the "Update" button.

VIEW DECLINE REASON TYPE
To view a Decline Reason Type, click on the magnifying glass

The Preview Screen appears

DELETE DECLINE REASON TYPE
To delete a Decline Reason Type, click on the trash can
