PHYSICIAN TITLE

To add a Physician Title, go to Settings > Lookup Tables > A/R Support Tables > Physician Title

NOTE: For Careficient Agency Administrators, click here to learn more about the privileges for Physician Title.

ADD PHYSICIAN TITLE

To add a new Physician Title, click on the "Add Physician Title” link

Enter the required information and click "Add".

EDIT PHYSICIAN TITLE

To edit a Physician Title, click on the edit pencil. You can also end a Physician Title by adding an end date.

Make your changes and click on the "Update" button.

VIEW PHYSICIAN TITLE

To view a Physician Title, click on the magnifying glass

The Preview Screen appears

DELETE PHYSICIAN TITLE

To delete a Physician Title, click on the trash can
