AGENCY CONTACT INFO TAB

ADD CONTACT INFO

To add address and phone information to the agency record.  Click Add Contact Info or Add Phone.

The dialog displays.  Enter the new information and click "Save".

EDIT ADDRESS/PHONE INFO

Click on the "Edit" link to edit the Contact Info

Enter the required information and click “Save”.

DELETE ADDRESS/PHONE INFO

There is a delete option but until you add another contact info, you will not have the option to delete contact info. 

ADD PHONE

To add ancillary phone info, click on "Add Phone"

Enter the required information and click “Save”.

EDIT ANCILLARY PHONE INFO

Click on the "Edit" link to edit the Ancillary Phone Info.

Make the necessary changes and click "Save or Update".

DELETE ANCILLARY PHONE INFO

Click on the “Delete” link to delete the Ancillary Phone Info

You will be asked if you are sure you want to delete.  Click "OK" to confirm.
