ASSOCIATE LOAD BALANCING PRIVILEGE

Allows a user access to Associate Load Balancing - Patients > Associate Load Balancing

Before you can use this feature, you must first contact our Careficient support team to activate this rule for your location. Once we activate this rule for you, then you will need to update your security setting to include this permission for the roles/individuals that will be using this menu option. To update individual security roles, use the following path: Settings > Security > Roles. Find and select the role that will be using this menu option.

Check the box for the “Associate Load Balancing” permission that is listed under the PATIENT MANAGEMENT section

Select the SAVE button

Repeat these steps for every role that will be using this permission.
