INTEGRATED APPROVAL PRIVILEGE

A security permission available that will allow clinicians to complete and approve OASIS Integrated Assessment Service Notes without the OASIS record being locked. Once this type of Service Note is approved, the OASIS record will display on the Orders tab in an “Open” status, allowing management to review and approve the OASIS form. Once approved, the status will change to “Locked”.

To add privilege go to Settings > Security > Roles > Choose the role you want to add the privilege to > Click on the Magnifying glass to the right of the role > Under Permissions scroll down to > Patient Management > Service Note/Assessment > Click the check box to the left of “Integrated Approval” > Save.
