Inventory 3

From the DockMaster menu, select Inventory Managment > Inquiries > Inventory 3

This inquiry shows all five Price Columns and also includes the Vendor's Cost.

• The Location grid allows users with multiple sales locations, to view the quantity on hand, on order and on special order at the other locations.

• Click the History button to display monthly sales and purchasing history for the Current Year and Last Year, as well as, Year-to-date Sold, quantity sold Last Month, quantity On Hand, and quantity On Order.

• Viewing Detail History - Enter a Starting and Ending Date and press the Submit button to view the quantities sold through the Point of Sale program and on Work Orders for EACH DAY in the date range entered.

• Click the Special Orders button to view the open Special Orders for this part.

• Click the Back Orders button to view the open Back Orders for this part.

• Click the Duty & Freight Info button to display information relating to the Prompt for Duty functionality in the Inventory Receiver. Click OK to close the window.
