INACTIVE REASON TYPE

To add an inactive reason type, go to Settings > Lookup Tables > Associate Support Tables > Inactive Reason Type 

NOTE: For Careficient Agency Administrators, click here to learn more about the privileges for Inactive Reason Type. 

ADD ASSOCIATE INACTIVE REASON TYPE

Click on "Add"

Add the required information and click on "Add".

EDIT ASSOCIATE INACTIVE REASON TYPE

To edit an inactive reason type, click on the edit pencil 

Make the necessary changes and click on "Update".

VIEW ASSOCIATE INACTIVE REASON TYPE

To view an inactive reason type, click on the magnifying glass

Preview appears

DELETE ASSOCIATE INACTIVE REASON TYPE

To delete an inactive reason type, click on the trash can

You will be asked if you are sure you want to delete.  Click "OK" to confirm.
