CARE NEEDS
To add a Care Need, go to Settings > Lookup Tables > Clinical Support Tables > Care Needs
NOTE: For Careficient Agency Administrators, click here to learn more about the privileges for Care Needs.
ADD CARE NEED
To add a new Care Need, click on the "Add Care Needs” link
Enter the required information and click "Add".
EDIT CARE NEED
To edit a Care Need, click on the edit pencil. You can also end a Care Need by adding an end date.
Make your changes and click on the "Update" button.
VIEW CARE NEED
To view where a Care Need is used, click on the "where used" drop-down.
The Preview Screen appears
DELETE CARE NEED
To delete a Care Need, click on the trash can
