DIAGNOSIS CATEGORY

To manage diagnosis categories, go to Settings > Lookup Tables > General Support Tables > Diagnosis Category

You can sort the Diagnosis Categories by "Status".

EDIT DIAGNOSIS CATEGORY

To edit a Diagnosis Category, click on the edit pencil. You can also end a Diagnosis Category by adding an end date.

Make your changes and click on the "Update" button.

You can search for a diagnosis but entering the term or the numerical code in the search box and clicking "Search".

END DIAGNOSIS CATEGORY

You can also end a Diagnosis Category by adding an end date.
