PATIENT CONTACT TYPE
To add a Patient Contact Type, go to Settings > Lookup Tables > A/R Support Tables > Patient Contact Type
NOTE: For Careficient Agency Administrators, click here to learn more about the privileges for Patient Contact Type.
ADD PATIENT CONTACT TYPE
To add a new Patient Contact Type, click on the "Add Patient Contact Type” link
Enter the required information and click "Add".
EDIT PATIENT CONTACT TYPE
To edit a Patient Contact Type, click on the edit pencil. You can also end a Patient Contact Type by adding an end date.
Make your changes and click on the "Update" button.
VIEW PATIENT CONTACT TYPE
To view a Patient Contact Type, click on the magnifying glass
The Preview Screen appears
DELETE PATIENT CONTACT TYPE
To delete a Patient Contact Type, click on the trash can
