
PATIENT NOTICE TYPE
To add a Patient Notice Type, go to Settings > Lookup Tables > Patient Support Tables > Patient Notice Type
NOTE: For Careficient Agency Administrators, click here to learn more about the privileges for Patient Notice Type.

ADD PATIENT NOTICE TYPE
To add a new Patient Notice Type, click on the "Add Patient Notice Type” link

Enter the required information and click "Add".

EDIT PATIENT NOTICE TYPE
To edit a Patient Notice Type, click on the edit pencil. You can also end a Patient Notice Type by adding an end date.

Make your changes and click on the "Update" button.

VIEW PATIENT NOTICE TYPE
To view a Patient Notice Type, click on the magnifying glass

The Preview Screen appears

DELETE PATIENT NOTICE TYPE
To delete a Patient Notice Type, click on the trash can
