FACILITY NOTE TYPE
To add a Facility Note Type, go to Settings > Lookup Tables > A/R Support Tables > Facility Note Type
NOTE: For Careficient Agency Administrators, click here to learn more about the privileges for Facility Note Type.
ADD FACILITY NOTE TYPE
To add a new Facility Note Type, click on the "Add Facility Note Type” link
Enter the required information and click "Add".
EDIT FACILITY NOTE TYPE
To edit a Facility Note Type, click on the edit pencil. You can also end a Facility Note Type by adding an end date.
Make your changes and click on the "Update" button.
VIEW FACILITY NOTE TYPE
To view a Facility Note Type, click on the magnifying glass
The Preview Screen appears
DELETE FACILITY NOTE TYPE
To delete a Facility Note Type, click on the trash can
