INCOMPLETE REFERRALS

Incomplete referrals are created when someone starts a referral but doesn't take it completely through the process.  You can complete the referral by going to Patients > Incomplete Referrals.

From the Incomplete Referral list, you can also add a new referral by clicking on the "Add Referral/Patient" link.  Read more on Add Referral / Patient.

You can search for incomplete referrals by typing the first or last name in the search bar and clicking "Search". 

Clicking on the "Referral Source" link will take you to the "Create Referral" entry screen where you can edit the referral source if needed.  

Clicking on the magnifying glass will allow you to finish the referral.  Click here to see more on "Add Referral/Patient".
