DISASTER PLANS

The Disaster Plan option allows you to view all current disaster plan information on your patients.  Go to Patients > Disaster Plans.

NOTE: For Careficient Agency Administrators, click on the following to learn more about the privileges for View Encounter Disaster Plans.

You can search the disaster plans by first or last name

Click "Search".

You can filter by Disaster Plan...

Agency...

Agency Type...

Status...

or County.

You can view the patient contact information by hovering over the address book.

You will see a pop-up with the patient's contact information.

To view the Disaster Plan, click either on the Patient Name link

or the magnifying glass.

Here you will see what the disaster plan is.  If you need to edit the Disaster Plan, click on the "Edit" link.

Make the necessary changes and click "Save" when you are finished. 

You have a search field available on the Disaster Plans menu option that lets you search for key letters/words that appear within the Patient’s disaster plan details information. For example: you want to search for the word “Oxygen”. A listing of all Patients displays that has the word “Oxygen” entered as part of the Plan Details information.  Use the following path to access the Disaster Plan: Patients > Disaster Plans. 

 Search by “Enter Plan Details” as necessary and select thebutton.
