SCHEDULING NOTIFICATIONS
The Scheduling Notification option provides a method to stay on top of changes in patient status so that you can notify associates of a scheduling change. To access Scheduling Notifications, select Patients > Scheduling Notifications. The Scheduling Notifications page displays the following information:

Agency

Patient Name
-
Reason for Scheduling Change (discharge, hold, reactivated)

Change Date
-
Associate name and telephone number

Associate e-mail address - The associate will automatically receive an email or text message about the schedule change. In order to use this feature, the email information must be set up and activated in the associate file.

Check box - Indicates that the associate has been notified of the change.

Date calendar - Displays all the services that have changed so that the information can be reviewed with the associate.
Hover over the Calendar to see a list of all the services that have changed so that the information can be reviewed with the associate.
Once a check mark is placed in the check box field and you click on "Save", the item is removed from the Scheduling Notification page.

You can also search by first or last name.
You can filter by Agency.
