BILLABLE ROUTINE SERVICE REQUIRES SERVICE NOTE

Verification - Billable Routine Service requires service note - All your billable routine services (i.e., Nursing, Therapies, MSW, HHA’s etc.) must have a completed Service Note attached before you can verify the service. (This rule can be used for individual verification, mass verification and automated verification). To activate this rule, use the following path: Settings > Org/Region/Agency option > Select an Agency (3^rd tier in the 3 tier directory at the left) > Rules > Select the “Add Agency Rule” icon - Verification - Billable Routine Service requires service note.
