VERIFICATION - NOTE MUST BE APPROVED AND QA DONE

Verification – note must be approved and QA done - All your billable routine services (i.e., Nursing, Therapies, MSW, HHA’s etc.) must have an approved Service Note attached AND the QA review must be in the “QA Done” status. (This rule can be used for individual verification, mass verification and automated verification).  To add the rule go to Settings > Org/Region/Agency > Select an Agency (3^rd tier in the 3 tier directory at the left) > Rules > Select the “Add Agency Rule” icon -Verification - Billable Routine Service requires service note.
