You have the option to print the clinician’s license number on all Physician Orders and all Service Notes that the clinician completes and electronically signs.  To display the clinician’s license number on these forms, you must first activate the agency rule that reads: “Service Note/Orders Signature – include Assoc. License #”. Use the following path to activate this rule:

• Settings menu

• Org/Region/Agency option

• Select an Agency from the list at the left (3 tier display that shows organization name, region name and agency name; the agency name is the 3rd tier)

• Select the “Rules” tab

• Select the “Add Agency Rule” icon for the “Service Note/Orders Signature – include Assoc. License #” rule

• Enter a date you want the rule to start (you can enter a previous date)

• Select the Save button
