COPY CUP COMMENTS

This has to do with the clinical update interim order.   There is a comments section that replaces locator 21.   When you complete the first CUP for the episode, this allows you to copy the comments from the first CUP to the 2^nd CUP you create for the same episode.   If you add another CUP for the same episode, it copies this information from the 2^nd CUP, and so on. Copy Clinical Update comments
