SERVICE NOTE SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR COMPLETION

To require signature on service notes, you will need to add the rule for this. Go to Settings>Org/Region/Agency - choose Agency. Click on Rules and find “Service Note Signature Required for Completion” and to the right of that click on the green “Plus Sign”. Put in the date that you wish them to start signing the services notes.
