SERVICE NOTES - USE PREVIOUS OASIS

You can activate an Agency rule that will copy the diagnosis information for M1021/M1023/M1025 from the last OASIS form created that contains diagnosis information. For Example: You have a TP 1- SOC Assessment and you create TP 4-Reassessment. The diagnosis information copies from the SOC Assessment. If you have a TP1-SOC Assessment and a TP3-ROC Assessment, when you create TP 4- Reassessment, the diagnosis information copies from TP3-ROC assessment. To activate this rule, use the following path:

• Settings menu

• Org/Region/Agency option

• Select an Agency from the listing at the left (Agency is the third level in the tier)

• Select the Rules tab

• Select the “Add Agency Rule” icon for the rule description that reads “Service notes – use previous OASIS for dx codes”

• Enter a start date for when you want to make this rule active

• Select the SAVE button
