ASSOCIATES NOTES TAB


ADD NOTE  (Top)

To add a note to an associate file, click on "Add Note".

Enter the required information and click "Save" when finished. 

NOTE: For Careficient Agency Administrators, click here to learn more about setting up Associate Note Type in the lookup tables.  

You can search the notes by Note Type

From and To Dates

You can enter a keyword and click "Search" 

INACTIVATE NOTES  (Top)

You can inactivate notes by clicking on the icon below. 

NOTE: For Careficient Agency Administrators, click here to learn more about the privileges for Inactivate and Activate Associate Notes

The note will be removed from view but not deleted. 

SHOW INACTIVE  (Top)

To see the inactive notes, click on "Show Inactive". 

EDIT NOTE  (Top)

You can either edit a note by clicking on the link as below for the specific note you choose.

You can edit the information and click "Save"

DELETE NOTE  (Top)

You can delete a note by clicking on the link as below for the specific note you choose.

NOTE: For Careficient Agency Administrators, click here to learn more about the privileges for Delete Associate.

You can delete the note by clicking on "Delete".  You only have the ability to delete the note within 24 hours.  After that the note can not be deleted. 

EXPORT  (Top)

You also have the ability to export the notes by choosing the type of export (PDF or Spreadsheet) and then choose "Export".  

The PDF Export option includes:

  • Date
  • Entered by
  • Type
  • Note

The Spreadsheet Export option includes:

  • Date
  • Entered by
  • Description
  • Note
