FACILITIES CREDENTIALS TAB


The Facilities Credentials Tab allows you to add the identifiers for the facility such as:

  • National Provider Identifier
  • Tax Identification Number

NOTE: For Careficient Agency Administrators, click on the following to learn more about the privileges for View Facilities.

ADD IDENTIFIER  (Top)

To add the physician's license number, click on "Add Identifier". 

Choose the "Identifier Type" from the drop down.  Enter the required information and click "Save" when finished.

EDIT IDENTIFIERS  (Top)

To edit the identifier, click on the "Edit Pencil". 

NOTE: For Careficient Agency Administrators, click on the following to learn more about the privileges for Edit Facility.

Make the necessary changes and click "Save" when you are finished. 

DELETE IDENTIFIERS  (Top)

To delete the identifier, click on the "Trash Can". 

NOTE: For Careficient Agency Administrators, click on the following to learn more about the privileges for Delete Facility.

You will be asked if you are sure you want to delete.  Click "OK" to confirm.
