UPLOAD DOCUMENT (Top)
To do so, click on the "Upload Document" Link.
Enter the required information and click “Upload and Close” or "Upload/Add More" if you need to upload more than one file.

To view the uploaded file, click on the "Document Description" link.
DELETE DOCUMENT (Top)
Click on the “Trash Can” icon to delete the uploaded document.

You will be asked if you are sure you want to delete. Click "OK" to confirm.
