REACTIVATE NOTES (Top)
To see the inactive notes, click on "Show Inactive".
To reactivate notes, click on the reactivate icon below.
NOTE: For Careficient Agency Administrators, click on the following to learn more about the privileges for Inactivate Activate Patient Notes.
EDIT NOTE (Top)
You can either edit a note by clicking on the link as below for the specific note you choose.
NOTE: For Careficient Agency Administrators, click on the following to learn more about the privileges for Edit Patient.
Make the necessary changes and click "Save" when you are finished.
DELETE NOTE (Top)
You can delete the note by clicking on "Delete". You only have the ability to delete the note within 24 hours. After that the note can not be deleted.
You can search the notes by Note Type...
From and To Date...
You can enter a keyword and click "Search".
You can view uploaded documents by clicking on the link as below.
REPORTS (Top)
You also have the ability to export the notes by choosing the type of export (PDF or Spreadsheet) and then choose "Export".

- Entered by
- Type
- Note
