QAPI REPORTS FOR HOSPICE
A series of Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) reports are now available to help you implement, evaluate and maintain a QAPI program that involves all Hospice Agency services Outcome reports use data collected from HIS documentation and Service Notes as well as Patient Encounter information. Information provided is to help you improve outcomes where needed. These reports allow you to address your Hospice's performance. including prevention and reduction of medical errors.. Hospice QAPI Reports includes the following
- Shortness of Breath Management
- Timely Admission
- Average Length of Stay
- Asked about treatment preferences, hospitalizations, resuscitation
- Asked about beliefs and values
- Bowel regimen with Opioids
