Setting Up Metrics

In Careficient, metrics can give you statistical measurements of your agency’s performance and production. To set up metrics in Careficient, from the Dashboard menu, select Metrics

Click Add Dashboard Metric

Select the agency related to the metric and metric you want. You can select:

Average Days to RAP (for home health only)

Average Days to Final Claim (for home health only)

Average Length of Stay

Associate Productivity

Associate Turnover

Enter a value and a start date.

Click Add.

You can click the Edit icon to change the value or the start and end dates.
