As an example you would probably want to assign phase 1 to your field staff.
Phase 2 is initiated when the time frame specified in phase 1 has passed. In this case it is 4 hours. Phase 2 should be assigned to the associate responsible for overseeing the associate in phase 1. You will also want to assign phase 3 to this associate as well. If not, the item will drop out of their work basket when the action goes to phase 3. As an example you would probably want to assign phase 2 to your director.
Phase 3 is initiated when the time frame specified in phase 2 has passed. In this case it is 1 day. Phase 3 should be assigned to the associate responsible for overseeing the associates in phase 1 and 2. As an example you would probably want to assign phase 3 to your administrator.
