USER RULES

To setup your associate to use the work basket, click on Settings > Work Basket > User Rules.

From the drop down, choose the user that you want to setup work basket for.

Under “Has permissions” you will see certain items checked.  Their items checked are based on the roles that you give the associates. 

Under ”User”, you will need to check the items that you want the associate to be notified of.  Just because they have permission in a specific part of the application doesn’t mean that you necessarily want them to receive a workbasket notification for it.  Once you are finished, click on save.  You are now setup to receive workbasket items.
