APPROVE ORDER  (Top)

You will notice that the "Approve" here is greyed out.  When something is greyed out, it is because there is something else required before you get the option to approve the order.  In this situation (there are many different scenarios), the approval signature is missing.  Whether or not an approval signature is required is based on your agency settings.  You may not even have the option to approve an order but may see "Send for Approval" instead.   Once everything is met for you to be able to approve the order, you will have the option to choose "Approve" if you have the privilege to do so.
