RESUMPTION OF CARE ORDER
A Resumption Of Care Interim Order is used to resume care after reactivating a patient that was previously placed “on hold” (removes all scheduled services from the patient/associate calendars based on the effective date and replaces them with an unassigned assessment visit on the patient calendar); after completing the Resumption of Care Assessment visit, access this same interim order to add new discipline/frequency/duration information to continue care. Does impact frequency.
