NAVIGATING THE OASIS

CREATE OTHER INTERIM ORDER (Top)

When filling out your oasis, you will be able to create an other interim order once you approve the oasis. To do so, click on "Create Other Interim Order on Approve". M1845, M1850 & M1860 have a comment box in the Oasis that will generate into the other interim order once approved.

NAVIGATE TO (Top)

You can navigate from once section of the oasis to another by clicking on the drop down to the right of "Navigate To".

SAVE/CONTINUE (Top)

You can "Save/Continue" to continue working on your assessment but save what you already have.

NOTE: For Careficient Agency Administrators, the time frame that a document automatically saves is based on Settings > Org/Region/Agency > Org > Settings Tab > Auto Save Interval (minutes).

SAVE/CLOSE (Top)

You can "Save/Close" to save information and be able to complete the note at a later time.

ANALYZE (Top)

Once you have finished the oasis, you can analyze it by clicking on the "Analyze" button.

This will bring up a list of Inconsistencies and warnings that you will need to address.

APPROVE (Top)

When you have completed the Oasis, click on "Approve".

If you have any errors that will prevent you from completing and approving the oasis, they will show in red. Click the link to make the corrections.

You may also click "Cancel" if you added the Oasis in error.
