EDIT OASIS VOID REASON ACTION ITEM

To edit an oasis void reason, click on "Edit Oasis Void Reason".

You will be prompted to "Add Reason Type". 

NOTE: For Careficient Agency Administrators, “Oasis Void Reason Types” options can be set in Settings > Lookup Tables > Clinical Support Tables > Oasis Void Reason Type.

Make the necessary changes and click "Save" when you are finished.
