ALLOW USER ACCESS TO ASSOCIATE TABS

To activate the Organization Setting as follows: Settings menu > Org/Region/Agency option.

Select your Organization (1st level in the 3 level tier directory at the left)

Select the Settings tab and choose the "Edit" link.

Check the box for “Allow User Access To Associate Tabs” and select "Save".

Checking this box activates the Associate name link in the blue banner at the top of the page as well as the Associate menu option that shows just the Associate name.
