ORG NOTES TAB

ADD NOTE

The Org Notes Tab allows you to add notes at the organizational level.  To add a note, click on the "Add Note" link.

NOTE: For Careficient Agency Administrators, click on the following to learn more about the privileges for View Org

Enter required information and click "Save".

You can filter by Type of Note.

NOTE: For Careficient Agency Administrators, “Note Type” options can be set in Settings > Lookup Tables > Organization Support Tables > Organization Note Type. 

You can filter by From/To Dates

You can search by Keyword

EDIT NOTE

To edit a note, click on the link as below

NOTE: For Careficient Agency Administrators, click on the following to learn more about the privileges for Edit Org

Make the necessary changes and click "Save" when you are finished. 

NOTE: For Careficient Agency Administrators, “Note Type” options can be set in Settings > Lookup Tables > Organization Support Tables > Organization Note Type. 

DELETE NOTE

You can also delete the note here if within the first 24 hours.  After that the note can not be edited or deleted. 

VIEW UPLOADED NOTE

To view the uploaded document, click on the Link.

INACTIVATE NOTES

You can not delete notes after 24 hours but you can hide them from view by inactivating them.  Click on the Inactivate Icon to do so.

REACTIVATE NOTES

You can show inactive notes by clicking on "Show Inactive" check box.

To reactivate a note, click on the "Reactivate" icon.

Organization Notes (PDF) includes:

  • Date
  • Entered By
  • Type
  • Note

Organization Notes (Spreadsheet) includes:

  • Date
  • Entered By
  • Description
  • Note
