The Org Documents Tab allows you to upload documents for your organization.

UPLOAD DOCUMENT
To upload Org Documents, click on the "Upload Document" link
NOTE: For Careficient Agency Administrators, click on the following to learn more about the privileges for Org Document Add.
Enter the required information and click “Upload/Add More” to upload more documents or "Upload/Close".
You can view the uploaded document by clicking on the link
DELETE DOCUMENT
Click on the “Trash Can” icon to delete the Document

You will be asked if you are sure you want to delete. Click "OK" to confirm.
You have a "Document Type” column that allows you to narrow the display of information for one or more different document types.
Choose the items that you want to filter by
SET DEFAULTS
Set Defaults allows you to establish a set of filters for specific documents you want to always display each time you access the “Documents” tab. To setup defaults, select the Set Defaults link that appears within the Documents section of the Docs tab
Check the box for one or multiple document types listed in the pop-up
To clear the defaults, click on "Clear Defaults".
Select the "Save" button (once you establish your defaults, the type(s) of documents you set up as your defaults will always display each time you access the Docs tab)
Check boxes that let you select one or multiple documents you want to download/share/print from your local PC
PRINT DOCUMENTS
There is a link that lets you download/share/print documents you selected.
NOTE: Once you select the documents that you want to download and click on "Download/Print Selected Document(s)", the system will generate a zip file and the documents you selected will be found in the zip file. Once you download the documents, you can select each document and print using the application that you used to open the document, you can select the files to share with others (typically through encrypted emails) and save them as a master set of records for the Organization.
