UPDATE DIAGNOSIS CODES

Update Diagnosis Codes allows user to make changes to the diagnosis codes within the service note and oasis.  You can currently add up to 25 diagnoses in service notes. To update diagnoses, choose "Update Diagnosis Codes" from the drop down.  

NOTE: For Careficient Agency Administrators, click on the following to learn more about the privileges for Service Note Override Diagnosis Codes.

Make any changes as necessary to diagnosis information and select the "Save" button.  Before diagnoses 7 and beyond will show up, you must first enter diagnoses 6.

Information will update the Service Note as well as the physician orders diagnosis information.
