EDIT PAGED SERVICE NOTE ASSESSMENT

The allows you to go back into your assessment to edit/complete it. Click on "Edit Paged Service Note / Assessment.  The service note will open once again for you to either edit or complete/approve.  Click here to learn more about Navigating the Service Note.
