REACTIVATE PATIENT LINK

Once a patient needs to be taken off of hold, either per patient/family request or when discharged from an inpatient facility, click on the "Reactivate Patient" link to do so.

Enter the required information and click “Save”. To prevent issues going forward, we always recommend "Remove Scheduled Services" because most of the time, the frequency usually changes.  But if you choose to, you can check the "Do not remove scheduled services" button. You will be asked to confirm.  Click "Yes".  

The patient's "Status" will now be "Active" again.  This will create the "Resume Patient Care" Work Basket Alert.
