ACTIVATE PATIENT LINK

The "Activate Patient" is normally used to activate Transition Patients within the office. Read more here on Transition Patients.  The normal process if for the nurse to activate the patient when she adds her service note.  Click here to learn more about Activating Patient when adding service note.  If the "Activate Patient" is not a link for you to click on, then there is missing information.  This can be any of the following:

• No Physician
• No Address

This will create the "New Admission" Work Basket Alert.
