SHOW CLINICIAN ATTESTATION ON INTERIM ORDERS

You can now have an agency rule that will display/print the clinician’s attestation statement on the following interim orders:

To activate this agency rule, use the following path:  Settings > Org/Region/Agency 

Select an agency from the directory tree listed at the left side (3rd level listed in the 3-tier directory) 

Select the Rules tab

Select the “Add Agency Rule” icon for the rule that reads: “Show Clinician Attestation on Interim Orders”

Enter a date when you want to start using this rule (the attestation statement shows for any interim order listed above that has an effective date on or after the start date you enter for this rule) and select the Save button.

Note:  After you activate this rule, the clinician must sign the interim order before this attestation statement displays on the printed/faxed views/forms.
