APPLY SERVICE FACILITY NAME TO REMARKS
This rule will print the facility name that you enter in the Patient Encounter, Contacts Info tab, in the “remarks” section on the 837P (EDI) and UB04 claims.

To activate this rule for payers that require this information on the claims, go to Resources > Organization Payers > Find/Select a Payer > Rules Tab > Select the "Add Payer Rule" icon
for "Apply Service Facility Name to Remarks" > Enter a Start Date and click "Save".
