PDGM ANALYSIS

Go to Patients > Patient Encounters > Choose your Patient > Orders Tab > OASIS Section > Click on the drop down to the right of the OASIS that you want to analyze and choose PDGM Analysis Tool. 

 

This will bring up our PDGM Analysis for that OASIS.
