UNLOCK AND VOID ONLY (HOSPICE)

In the even that you do not need the HIS, you can unlock and void it.  If you use this option on accident, to get the HIS back, you will have enter it all over again.  Choose "Unlock and Void Only".

You will be prompted to "Reason For Voiding Record" for the re-process.  Click "Save" when finished.
